Absolutely. But like anything worth doing it takes time and patience and of course some know how.
Can most people do it?
Not sure, I would say don't quit your day job. If your sole purpose is to make money and only money then the answer is NO, but if there is something you are interested in then your chances are much greater. Some blogs wont make any money becouse they might be to personal, people don't care that much aboult other peoples lives unless they are famous. I would suggest that the content you choose appeal to as many people as possible other wise know one will read it.
